When sending an enquiry via email or completing an online form, you are supplying us with your personal details. Once received, this information is stored on our network. By providing us with these details you are consenting to use of your personal information within our firm for the purposes prescribed by our professional staff including replying to your enquiry, engagement of our legal services and compiling of data and research for our marketing purposes.

How is this information used?

Primarily, we use your personal information to provide legal advice and in some circumstances, we are required to pass this information onto a third party to obtain an expert opinion from other professionals with respect to your enquiry.

Visitor logs are used on this site for statistical purposes only, and no attempt will be made to identify you or your browsing activity. This information will only be used to update and improve the site. We do not have tracking software referred to as 'Cookies'.

Under no circumstances do we sell, trade or dislcose your personal information to any third party without your consent or unless required by law to do so. In order to improve our services to you or as required by law, we do reserve the right to collate, edit or track personal information.

You are entitled to access your personal information, however there are exceptional circumstances where access to your personal information may be refused by us, for example if such access would be unlawful. If these circumstances arise, we will advise you further on this issue.
